WHAT IS A KIEF SCREEN AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A kief screen is a type of sift screen used to separate ground herbs from kief. An ultra fine stainless steel mesh screen allows the trichomes to pass through to the bottom chamber, while the bigger herb pieces remain in the catch chamber.
Our 4 piece grinder with a kief catcher features a sift screen and catch chamber on the bottom to collect those potent trichomes that fall off during the grinding process. The stainless steel sift screens are removable, allowing you to choose between fine and medium micron sizes.
