SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Most IASO orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Because our products are made and packed by our team in Vermont, processing times may occasionally vary during periods of high order volume. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be noted on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to many destinations.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions.

What shipping methods do you use?

Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Available shipping options may vary depending on your order and destination.

ORDERS

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through USPS.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email jess@iasogoods.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change.

Because orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed, but we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?

Yes. IASO Goods offers a 20% year-round discount to active-duty military members and veterans with proof of service.

What is your return policy?

Most new, unused IASO products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Factory Seconds are final sale due to their disclosed cosmetic imperfections.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for qualifying orders with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.

Wholesale options include stainless steel grinders, stainless steel and titanium chillums, storage containers, accessories, and custom engraving.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards and other supported payment options.

When will I receive my refund?

Once an approved refund has been issued, it will typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

ABOUT IASO

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers eligible IASO products against manufacturing defects and mechanical issues that occur under normal use.

Depending on the issue, we may repair the product, provide a replacement component, or replace the product when appropriate.

Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, loss, and cosmetic changes that occur through regular use are not considered manufacturing defects.

If you're having an issue with an IASO product, contact us and we'll help determine the best solution.

Where are IASO products made?

IASO Goods are made in Vermont, USA.

Our stainless steel and titanium products are CNC machined at our workshop in Essex Junction, Vermont, where they're also inspected and packed by our team.

What are IASO grinders made from?

IASO grinders are precision machined from 303-grade stainless steel.

We use solid stainless steel with no painted or coated grinding surfaces, creating a durable product designed for years of use.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I clean my IASO product?

For our stainless steel and titanium products:

  1. Disassemble removable components and clear away any loose material.

  2. Soak appropriate stainless steel or titanium components in isopropyl alcohol for approximately 30 minutes.

  3. Use a small cleaning brush or similar non-abrasive tool to loosen remaining buildup.

  4. Wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water.

  5. Rinse well and allow all components to dry completely before reassembling.

Many of our stainless steel and titanium products are also dishwasher safe. Refer to the individual product page for specific care instructions.

Do not use these cleaning instructions for wood products, bags, apparel, gaskets, or other non-metal components.

CUSTOM ENGRAVING

Do you offer custom engraving?

Yes. We offer custom engraving for qualifying orders and projects.

Logos, business names, artwork, and other designs can be engraved on select IASO products at our workshop in Vermont.
